Fitness Philosophy:
I believe in MOVEMENT, BALANCE, and HARD WORK. Movement – engaging the body as a whole to improve overall dynamic strength, efficiency, coordination, body awareness, and performance while decreasing the risk of injury. Balance – incorporating exercise, nutrition, & mental focus to produce a lifestyle, NOT an exercise program. Hard Work – performing to your potential in order to achieve specific goals. My goal is to work with those individuals who seek to develop and maintain a strong, healthy body in order to enrich and enhance their “Quality of Life”.
